Benefits
Baker’s Crust offers its health plan to all full-time employees who have worked for the company at full-time status for a minimum of one year. Our plan includes major medical, hospitalization, dental, long-term disability and life insurance.

Vacation Policy
Full-time employees are entitled to a one-week paid vacation after the completion of their first year. Every year after that, two weeks vacation will be paid per year. One week will accrue every six months.
