On the days you work, you are entitled to receive:
a 50% discount on food.
a 50% discount on retail items.
a 50% discount on catering trays.
a 50% discount on whole cakes and pies.
a 100% discount on a single entrée (not exceeding $9.95)
when you are the shift leader.
Benefits
Baker’s Crust offers its health plan to all full-time employees
who have worked for the company at full-time status for a minimum
of six months. Our plan includes major medical, hospitalization,
dental, long-term disability and life insurance.
Vacation Policy
Full-time employees are entitled to a one-week paid vacation after
the completion of their first year. Every year after that, two weeks
vacation will be paid per year. One week will accrue every six months.
