Farm to Plate


At Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen, we use locally grown microgreens, basil, arugula and mesclun mix from a local farm in Suffolk, Virginia. They use temperature-controlled hydroponic greenhouses to cultivate clean-grown greens with unmatched freshness and flavor.  This farming method provides a safe growing environment free from outside contaminants and allowing all the lettuces and greens to be pesticide-free, blemish-free, and non-GMO.

This locally owned and operated farm has its own home delivery service called The Neighborhood Harvest. We have partnered with The Neighborhood Harvest to bring locally grown greens to your plate, whether at our restaurant or in your home!
