Baker’s Crust would like to send out our deepest condolences to the families of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and all others before them. The murder of these innocent people is an act of inhumanity and injustice and Baker’s Crust wants our patrons and staff to know that we condemn the acts of violence perpetuated by corrupt law enforcement in our nation. We stand in solidarity with the Black community and vow to commit ourselves to a lifetime of learning and speaking out against injustice. 


Baker’s Crust mission and guiding principles are centered around the moral and ethical responsibility we have not only to our team, but also to our customers and the community we are a part of. We are determined to look within ourselves and actively make a change to do more to ensure equality and diversity.


We believe every company has room for improvement and Baker’s Crust is striving to do better to all those we can serve. With that said, we urge other companies to do the same. Things can be replaced, people cannot. Words matter, but so do actions. We are listening. We are learning. We support the creation of an environment of sustainable equality and respect.
